Knowing your baggage allowance in advance can help you avoid extra charges and delays at the airport. Baggage rules depend on the airline and fare type.

What is check-in baggage?

NOT allowed in check-in baggage: spare lithium batteries or power banks, e-cigarettes or vapes, fireworks or flammable liquids, valuables such as cash, jewellery, or passports, perishable food without proper packing.

What is cabin baggage?

Cabin (carry-on) baggage is the small bag you carry with you inside the aircraft, stored in the overhead bin or under the seat. Size and weight limits are strictly enforced by airlines.
